Sangiovese grapes grown in the hills north of Pesaro give life to this still wine of good complexity, of a lively ruby red color with purple hues.
Its spicy and vegetal notes immediately strike the sense of smell, which integrate perfectly with sensations of ripe red fruit.
The taste has good flavor and freshness and the dry taste, with a slight bitter finish, makes it an ideal pairing with aromatic white meat dishes, such as roast rabbit and pasta with meat sauce
