Marche Igt Pinot Nero Brut Metodo Classico
This sparkling wine is born from the hills overlooking the Adriatic see on top of Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Pure Pinot Noir vinified in white, with three years of aging on the lees.
Like Nolfo from Montefeltro, to whom we wanted to dedicate it, it has the energy and the strength of a medieval leader.
The intense bouquet with fruity aromas and hints of bread crust resumes the nature of this sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage: elegant and, at the same time, firm and concrete.
